  • Consent: You must obtain prior express written consent from recipients. Records of consent (date, time, source, and form of opt-in) must be maintained and provided upon request .

  • Opt-Out: Recipients must be able to unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. For help, recipients can reply HELP. You must honor opt-out requests immediately .

  • Carrier Liability: Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Message Content: Messages must not contain prohibited content (e.g., related to cannabis, hate speech, firearms) as defined by carrier policies .

7. Your Privacy Rights

  • Access & Correction: The right to access and correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
